Fasteddy...I figure just with a converter change, with the old combo, we coud cut 3 tens of our 60'. That would give us a 11.40 or so. Then if we corrected for altitude, should put us aroiund 11.10. With some more inthe motor, that should give us high 10's....I hope. He is running a 14.5 Hoosier and a 4 link.
Slowspitzer.....Yes, we are going to shoot for 4500, but that will depend on what cam we choose.
Warped......The car belongs to my son, so I'm not totally sure what size tire. I do know it's a 14.5 at around 30".....I know he shifts around 6200 and goes thru around 5800, but I may be wrong on that.
Herdsman....Sound like our old combo is close to yours. I hope that more cam, compression and converter will do the trick. This is about as far as he is going to go with this car. Any more and it's juice time.
