DM, I have requested GTO catalogs at least three times - I have never received one.

In the spirit of fair play, I will request on again after I post this; maybe you can take a look and see where its been going wrong.

How are you requesting a catalog?
I took a look at the most recent mailing list and I didn't see a Bob Trimpe or Robert Trimpe. Have you been using the request form on our Pontiac Journal, like I specified above?

Let me know.

Your name is on the list of customers that will be getting a catalog shortly. The sheer number of customers that requested catalogs and the holiday season caused us to be slow with labeling and sending them. A huge batch of catalogs went out bulkmail last week so you should be expecting to see them this week or the next.
