Thanks. So I will need to just remove the nose and front valence to remove the core support.

It's still fairly involved. There are a lot of things attached to the core support but you'll see that when you get into it.

I have a 1970 lemans sport that had the same problem.Is your door to fender gaps good? Mine was open at the top then tight at the bottom. I put a washer in the side of my core support that this was happening to and it made the gap the same and I was able to slide the fender back about quarter to a half inch.Now my nose Lines up.
