I see people buy stuff all the time on Ebay for way more then you'd pay from Summit or a similer company. I never have been able to understand it.
It pays to do your homework! ;)

i dont think this was really a scam either...the guy put everything in black and white...just need to take the time to read everything prior to bidding...i would also bet that he is not the only person to do this...and really...is it a bad idea? he has no inventory and never even has to touch the part...drop shipping!!! he is only the middleman marking up an item to make a lil profit and ordering it from somewhere else in the buyers name...

I don't see the scam. You received the item you bought through EBay. Isn't this the basic concept of a business? Heck, I just ordered a set of brake lines from our host here PY, and guess what, it was dropped shipped direct from In Line Tube. I didn't think twice about it.
