The correct color were as follows:
Base: Cameo White, code 50 (similar to Chevy Dover White)
Stripes: Tyrol Blue, code F (actually a '67 color never offered on '69's)
Interior: Dark Blue, code 200 (most common)
Trans Ams were only offered in these paint colors only except for interior (black, white and dark blue as far as I know). The prototype was silver however. There were no '69 Trans Ams built any other colors by Pontiac except as noted.
With that said, no orange cars with black stripes were offered by Pontiac.
