I understand the market, the inventory and all the other reasons but why list it in the catalog if you don't have it or have never had it in stock? This is especially true with the online ordering where it is easy to show it out of stock with the click of a mouse. No company has ever contacted me and told me they did not have half of my items and asked if I still wanted the rest of the order. They ship it and let you find out and then want to charge shipping again to get the backorder.
