Hey barrier blue, not to get off topic or highjack your thread, but I saw you're from Lorain and just wanted to reminesce. How are things in Lorain now that the Ford plant closed? Do you remember a little restaraunt on North Ridge Road called "Tudy's"? I used to live in a little brick house just below there. My mom used to be a waitress there.Just up the street a little ways there used to be a Sinclair gas station on the corner, and behind the gas station was a bakery called Sally Ann's Bakery. Straight across the street from that there used to be a big dept. store called Ontario Dept. Store. I went to school at Maplewood Elementary thru 2nd grade, then we moved to a different part of town and started 3rd grade at Masson Elem.,Miss Klein's class. My dad worked at the Ford plant thru the 60's and they always had the company employee picnic at Chippewa Lake Amusement Park. Another place I remember going was a little tourist trap called the "Blue Hole". I know all these places are gone now.
