You should have used a few tubes of self leveling seal sealer on the wheels wells to trunk pan, that stuff is amazing, fills the smallest pin hole. If you haven't done anything with the underside of the trunk pan, I would definitely use some 3M Ultra Pro seam sealer on all the weld spots or any place two parts meet. Might as well make all that hard work last.
