If your building enough pressure to blow it out the valley pan, you need new check valves. They tend to stick in a few years, especially if it isn't started every weekend. Take off the hose at the breather and blow on the hose. If your cheeks blowup you need em. The local "good parts house" sells one for a Ford that is the same as the one that come Je's or Sum's kits. 14.00 ea. to Joe Blow, and about 1/2 that if you have a relationship with them.

uh-o left myself open again to Rob B. ridicule. Oh well He'll turn it into a gay thingy, cause I said Joe Blow

Does anybody run header evac with full exhaust? A couple of you said you run it okay on the street, but I had to ask... I'm planning to run Ultraflows and a 3/4 or possibly full exhaust. Just wanted to make sure it would work well with that. Plumbing a tank between the valve covers and headers should be easy enough.

Actually it was a brand new kit. It pulled plenty of vacuum at idle, but either my exhaust was building too much pressure to keep it from sucking, or couldnt keep up with crankcase pressure. I am running Total Seal rings and there has been discussion about excessive crankcase pressure using those rings.
