I agree with the rarety of the Ram Air IV. My first car is still in my garage and is a 72 formula 400 which I have the window sticker from Beaman Nashville where it was originally purchased (live in Nash) It was my first car at 16 and have never let go of it. I now have the funds to restore it to a point since when your a teen you just want fast (and take things out). What do you guys think a 72 formula 400 with original engine modified and a new stereo is worth?

pmd classics... I have ownership information dating back to 2001. It was originally entered into the SD registry in '92. I don't think this car belonged to Neal. I'm not sure I know who Neal is. It has been shown in Car Craft Magazine and more recently in Pontiac Enthusiast (Jan/Feb 2006 Issue, article titled 'Super Duty Superiority').

69T/A and Scott455HO, you are right, it did take some serious anxiety medication and late night phone calls to my support group (medically supported by Mr. Jack Daniels and a wild turkey or two). But once the decision was made, it was quite clearly the right one to make. It's not so much the difference between the two models, but equally important was the quality of the car I purchased. When you find a car this rare in this solid, unmolested and exquisitly restored condition, there was little question it was the right decision.
