Yep, also remember the pump is gravity fed. Install under the tank.

Is the return regualtor woth the extra hassle and expense? Hopefully the car will see plenty of street time...

hell yes, consistant pressure, pump lasts longer, quieter and no pressure
creep. Spend the money and do it right the first time, don't make my
mistakes.

What size line for Mallory 140. My quess is #8 but maybe #10 for future growth...

-8 line will feed atleast 800 horsepower. Make the
return line -8 as well and you'll have no problems.
-10 would be for something really serious. I have
friends that run bottom 9's with -8 line. I also know a
guy who went 10.40's with -6, kinda crazy but he did it.
