No, the fins were left as factory original finish.
They aren't very often seen, anymore.
Most stock birds wear the 15" HiTech Turbo wheels.

here's two of mine. 89 tta,cloth t-top,festival car. 92 t/a,ws6,5-speed. painted code18 dark jade gray. a 1992 only color for the firebird.
