Hey Rub......like you I turned 65 last year. Was a long time coming but I finally got a 3 bay (26'X48') with 10' celings..complete with heat & AC...
I posted pics in a earlier post..
I must admit though the first thing I installed was a 2-post lift...life is good.
I'm in reasonably good health but back sux....had 6th back surgery last November.. The secret is enjoying what ya got ...seems to me that's someone's signiture on here ...
I agree though that it's not the quality of the garage that matters...it's the man inside turning the wrenches...
I love it when people ask me "Do YOU drive that car ??" Is 65 old or something ??

HIOSILVER : here's some outside pics. The building is only 22' X 22' due to a tight setback. If I ever come to terms with the owner of the lot next to me, I'll put up a 30' X 50' pb but for now this works.
