Seat will bolt up no Prob. I would check out the archives on the headers. I know there have been a lot of headaches there.

My advice on the interior & the rest for that matter is don't throw anything away. You will find that locating parts for these beasts is a challenge. When you do find something, you often wish you had a part from whatever you took out to make it work.
