I suggest you file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office in your state. If your account was entirely separate from your son's, then Paypal has no legal basis to freeze your account. Of course, it would not be unreasonable for Paypal to require enough personal information from you to verify that you were not the account holder who is in default. |
