I cannot get through this area to even feel for the bolt.

Default bolt problem

i have to get that set of bolts from under the car on my ta. about a foot long extension, it is a pain. have you tried getting it from under the car? sorry if that was a stupid question!haha!

not a stupid question at all,

i couldn't get at that angle today cause of showers and darkness.

BUT, me might having to get a foot long extension helps.

It cannot be even touched from on the top or side to even see if its there.

I will check it out tomorrow!

im in no hurry, i dont even have the new gaskets yet

you might want to see if you are going to need a swivel joint if its at a strange angle. hope it helps, good luck!

How much effort would it be to move the steering shaft?

On my car I was able to reach some of the header bolts by taking off the l/f wheel and reaching in under the fenderwell.

What kind of headers are those? I have some Dougs and was able to get to all the bolts from the top with a standard wrench. At most disconnect one end of the steering shaft and swing it out of the way.
