It looks like he sells a ton of stuff, but can't get it out fast enough. No excuse though, probably should hire more people.

Yeah, if was just a slipup then I would be OK with it but I could tell they either didn't have the parts or just didn't care if they ever went out. I asked "did you sent the parts?". "yes we did". Ok, what's the tracking number? "Well I'll have to call you with that". 8 calls later, they said the parts actually didn't ship. Round 2. Same sh*t, but "UPS lost the package, we'll send a new one tomorrow". Again what's the tracking number, they actually got one this time but showed no scan at UPS. Last straw (8 weeks later), "where's the package?". Oh we sent it. Really, why didn't UPS scan it in? Oh I guess we'll have to call UPS.

Done.
