Should not have to wait a month and a half, I bought stuff at ebay and I pay by check (no PayPal for me) and get the parts within 2 weeks. I would say contact ebay AND leave a negative feedback, it may just get them moving

Probably NOT a good idea to leave negative feedback.
That generally will KILL any chance of resolve.

Report the item to Ebay as an item not rec'd & see if your seller responds to that.

Have a look at the sellers current feedback & see if he is getting flack from other unhappy customers.

Well there was good feed back it seems after waiting so long I see some one got burned for a hole lot more.All most think as me so I asked back when I first posted but sun I filled out - feed back . I have still not got a call or e-mail from him since the first e-mail after waiting a long time witch was sent .

That was the last I ever heared from him I e-mail a few more time called three different times left My # on answer machine still no call or e-mail.

Now it almost july He had money since May 07 2007 I got no part or e-mail from him or the money + shipping . I did the e-bay & pay pal like was said.

Try to nice wait his mail say he e-mail the next day, Well I still waiting for the next day e-mail from the may 31 2007, I not sure when the next day is.

File complaint with paypal , also if you paid with a credit card call your credit card company to do a charge back.Dont wait i think that its a 60 or 90 day window .

Yes, always contact PayPal first if you paid thru them. Go to your Paypal account. The instructions are clear. They will attempt to contact the seller and you will get your money back if they find in your favor.
