You can always get a set of 3/8" thick flanges made w/ a D-port pattern. Then cut the pipes aways from the O-ports and reweld/shape the tubes.
Just an option....

I will take a set for my 79 TA w/Edelbrocks.
I still have a rusty set of the H.O. D-port Tri Y's. I would definitely by a couple of sets of those if they ever came in production. I would swap out my old rusty ones and put one on the shelf.
