Another data point based on my '72 plain-jane bird,clear lenses,plastic housings,chrome bezels,metal valence,has the bracket too.
Cant swear it's all OE,but if the valence was replaced they used an NOS valence and bracket. Harness looks to be intact too,sockets look to be OE as well.
