Yep. He's got $1500 of mine and won't answer:phone:. Keeps emailing me his phone number and does not pick up. He has a new email though [email protected]

Figured I am pretty screwed at this point. Too far to chase and take to court or other nasty things:bolt:

I think I saw him post over at transamcountry during the last few days. You might try looking there for some help. He must be getting his bad habits from Ed Waller.

If you sent him payment for parts that he will not send, then I believe he is committing mail fraud which is a federal offense. You don't have to sue, the feds will take care of him. If I were him, I would be more worried about that.
