My engine builder here in Austin has used Performnce Crankshaft before. On my old 462 I personally took the block to them with the aftermarket main caps installed and they measured and the fit the crank to the assembly. I delt with an older gentleman that I assumed was the owner, attitude and service was fine.

Mic. bearings and size crankshaft. Check index and stroke. Cost was $150 in 2003.

Don't know if there was an issue but I believe my engine builder hasn't used them in a while. I know he has used Texas Engine Machine in Liano Texas on occasions.

And if you go to Liano and it's lunch time be sure to stop by Coopers BBQ, it's one of the last old time pit barbecues left in the state. A Texas legend.
