Same here, my Tempest is a hardtop. I take it the hardtops cost a little bit more.

They could be had either way........but the Tempest was a post as standard equipment, Lemans was a hardtop as standard, same as a GTO.

More Pics. I have gotten rid of the oil filter relocator. Running 275 60 15 Hoosier drag radials tucked up in the fender well now.

Just thought I'd post some more pics of the ones I put on Page 3 of the night , put some LED lights in the grill to make it look EVIL , and MEAN!!!! (some may like , some may not , but I like it ,put a toggle switch on the dash to kill it in cause of a fuzz! )
The next step is to have a cut out made on the bottom of the bumper that says "PONTIAC" so it will light up on the ground in red!!

Im not a big fan of that stuff but it does catch my eye at a cruise night.

A friend of mine has the bottom lights on his 67 used for a Ram air set up and there fore has no bulbs in the bottom. He has a stroble light in each side that flash independant of eachother. Looks cool at night.

I just realized I haven't posted any new pics with the parchment top on the car here in this thread. I know a lot of people aren't crazy about vinyl tops, but I am very happy that we went forward and installed the top...

I am not really a fan of vinyl tops, but that really changed the look of the car. Looks great!

Here are a few updated pics. Had the hood repainted, installed new header panel, hood tach. Removed and repaired both grills. Also 4-speed conv. is now complete and the 4-wheel power disc brakes are working flawlessly. Installed an original 4bbl Pontiac intake and an original period correct Q-jet. Runs and drives great! Now on to the posi rear 3.55 and get rid of the open 2.56 rear. Also, going to intall a vinyl top, not sure to go white or black. Also will be replacing all the rubber seals (doors, windows, roof rails, trunk etc. as well as all new fuzzies (everything on the car are the originals and a bit dried out). Then last on the list will be to drop in the mighty 461 and the car will be my ultimate Pontiac machine!

I know someone will point it out, the front bumper needs to be moved over to the passenger side by about a half inch. Unfortunately I am going to have to pull everything apart again as the bumper brakets themselves need to be bent. The original owner as he as getting older bumped into a few things now and then, hence the reason for the new header panel and the hood needing a bit of repair. Everything looks good now except the bumper needing to be centered!

67 LeMans she looks great. Nice job!

Now all you need to do is get those parking lights hooked up to come on with your headlights. Very simple to do.... one wire move on the switch. See the other Stickie at the top of this forum.
