The car was ordered for Peter Toth. The address you see on the PHS is probably his home address. There were no dealers in Pontiac with that name and it was probably ordered thru the Pontiac Retail Store which was in Downtown Pontiac. When that closed down Most of the employees went to Packer Pontiac to get there vehicles delivered. If you look at the bottom left area above the address it looks like something relating to a five percent charge which could have been what the monthly paymen was back then for a company lease vehicle.
