Reason I'm asking about these two specific sizes (P215/65R15 and P235/60R15) is that I am trying to replicate a stock 69 Bird stance using 15x7 Rally II's. I currently have Firestone bias ply F70-15's all around, and it sits about 1" too high, and the tires are about 1" too skinny (my opinion), and ride like a rock. F70-15 is 27.0" tall, 6.5" tread, 8.75" section. And my choices would be: P235/60R15 is 26.1" tall, 7.4" tread, 9.5" section. P215/65R15 is 26.0" tall, 6.6" tread, 8.9" section. I think the P235/60 would be right, but just wanted to see a 69 Bird or Camaro with this size to be sure. |
