Camp out a few nights and maybe you'll catch him, or however is doing it. Just don't let him see you coming to watch. Let the cops know what your doing, and if he shows hold him until they get there. Good Luck!

If You install a camera, Do it during the day when he is in school so he wont know what is going on.
