If one were to be doing a car that needed to be acid-dipped......and the inside of the body was bare metal.......I would spray the inside of the body first to make it LOOK like it was oversprayed, and then mask it off and do the paint on the outside seperately.

Good point...So it could be done just like the factory did it if body was completely dust free...Then put on Frame...

Yes it could be done. I would never do it though. There are too many hours of work put into making the body perfect to take a chance on a fat speck of dirt flying out onto the roof or something.
