67, I have one thing that jumped out at me. First you say that you're use to great service that you get from other businesses. Then you say that you've been nothing but a victim?

This just sounds like poor communications, had you asked Danee she probably would have told you what Ken just posted.

I'm glad you got the correct parts, and yes delays always piss me off too. But IF it falls back on Comp then your complaint is with them.
