When I did the conversion on my 63 Grand Prix I ordered this master cylinder:

http://www.mpbrakes.com/products/pro...product_id=534 It has the deep hole that mated with my stock booster and the ports are on the right side which made the plumbing a little easier. I also ordered the proportioning valve from them.
