As for as I am concerned they are good people and have a GREAT REPUTATION. They are only doing what any other company would do under these circumstances. For you GUYS who have never dealt with the Kauffman's you guys should shut up and not even give your OPINION. Maurice...... Your so cute when you get mad. Whats up with the name calling and such??? Seems to me the mods should just delete your post and slap you with a warning. I don't see anyone else out hear calling names or ranting. They are just posting what is going on with the case. Only saw two people post their opinion of REK's reputation and both of them have had dealings with them in the past.

Scott, you are not one of the (GUYS) I was talking about. It is your fight and you have to do what you have to do just like the Kauffman's. It's the other GUYS that give their stupid opinion when it's not their fight!!! I am not mad just tired of this thread. Now it's time to let the courts decide who is right or wrong and who knows if they will even get it right for all concerned. Maurice. PS. I think that one of the rules should be that when anyone sighs off their post they should put their real name so you know who you are talking to. I think no name, something to hide!
