What do you think John-still haven't explained how final machining caused the original complaints.

I don't know why everyone obsesses about this.
It has nothing to do with this court case.

With all of these innuendo's and obfuscation(look it up) is part of the reason this case is going still.
Do you think the reason wasn't to defame KRE or K&M?
All of these hundreds of posts, most by Baker, weren't to defame them?

That kind of analogy (also called 'ad hominem' , look it up) is wrong.

Why not say, don't spend any money, that way you won't lose it?

But it would'nt be from the crank coming out the bottom of a defective block and driving over it.

John, in order to defame someone, someone must purposely make up lies and spread them around. If I were to say Joe blow is cheating on his wife ( and he's not) just cause I wanted to cause him problems when in fact I had no proof or evidence of that.............. Well that would be Defamation. Now If I found Joe blow screwing my wife and told everyone he was cheating on his wife and he lost everything through a divorce and what not................. Thats not defamation.

Paragraph 5: Kauffman Racing contacted Roberts, inquiring as to whom had undertaken the modifications of the engine block. Roberts admitted Central Virginia Machine had worked on the part. Kauffman Racing advised Roberts it would not buy back the engine block as the defects of which he complained were the result of modifications made subsequent to the sale and delivery of the part, and not by the manufacturer of the block itself.

So the complaint with the block was ?????????????????????
