Ahhhhhhh yes I didn't even consider the clearance for the steering. Very neat idea though. Do those stainless flexy joints seem to have enough 'give' for engine torque? Mounting the turbo to the frame rail definately would put alot less stress on the exhaust manifolds and pipework associated. I see many aftermarket stainless manifolds on japanese cars cracking and breaking due to the weight of the turbo solely on them.
