Alright, thanks for the advice guys, after messing with it for a bit I have found that one of my injectors is hissing at me. When I stick something on it and wiggle it, it goes away, gets worse, depending on which way I wiggle. I doesnt leak gas bad, just a few drops here and there. So I guess I need to pull the rails off and find out why they arent sealing correctly. Thanks for the help everyone. Im going to mess with it tomorrow, its getting a little dark here. Thanks again. I will update you guys on how it turns out.

The o rings on the injectors need to be replaced.
