Yea, I've been religious about changing the 'chargers oil,car maintenance, etc. I bought the car with 97k miles and I guess it just plain wore out. So I can't put a series 2 on? I thought they were the same except for the bearing design (I know that 97's are known for their unreliability of their bearings as I used to work at a pontiac/gmc/buick dealership as a mechanic). As long as the boost is the same and the hardware to connect it all is the same a series 2 should work right? Maybe I'll take your advice and go to the gp forums. thanks
