We are sorry to know that you are experiencing a pre-mature failure on
our heavy duty SFI rated PowerForce+Plus damper for your Pontiac.
All of our harmonic dampers are covered under a one-year warranty.
Under special circumstances sometimes we can extend the warranty several
months based on good faith.
We would like to validate your warranty for replacement.
Please provide us with your proof of purchase or invoice for warranty
exchange. You can fax us at 323-754-1207 or attach to your response.
We will then replace your failed damper under warranty after validation.

Please note you are responsible to return the failed damper back to our
address for verification.
Otherwise we can only recommend that you go back to your original place
of purchase for warranty exchange.
Your original place of purchase should also be willing to work with you
on an immediate replacement if necessary. Have them call us direct if
needed.
We can provide you with a copy of the limited warranty terms and
conditions if needed.

Probably better than most will do for you these days. Lots of places won't even respond.
