According to how I read the resto guide, on all 67's the interior was color coded except for the Parchment.
I take that to mean that my dash, doors, kick panels and steering column would be the same color, just a lower gloss. I know for a fact my dash and inside of the doors was Mariner Turquoise.
If I am wrong about this, I need to know now, because my body man is painting the doors on the inside and hanging them this week.

I've never owned a 67 with that color interior, and I am by no means an expert on 67's. But on the earlier years, you have an interior trim code listed on the trim tag. According to what you are saying, this should be 220 on yours, the code for Dark Turquoise. Now, the paint on the dash, steering wheel, upper inside doors, etc. will be very close to the vinyl door panels and seat covers. This may or may not be the same a Mariner Turquoise. On the 65-6 cars there are paint codes listed for the paint for this, but I can't find such listing for a 67. Hopefully some 67 expert will chime in here.

Just FYI, and I'm not saying that this is the case here, It is a common mistake that a lot of folks paint the upper doors and dash to match the exterior of the car. This is wrong in most cases that I've seen. I was just trying to help you avoid that mistake, if it is a mistake. Again, hopefully some expert will chime in here.

In the mean time, I would go on Ultimategto.com and look at all the 67 GTO's in Mariner Turquoise and check out any with that color interior and see what they look like. That might give you some insight.
