Cliff - that's a great idea. I was thinking about buying one of those floor jack units and rigging up a stand but I like your idea much better since I already have a solid hoist. Please post some pics if you have time.

Ok This is it Made by ATD My Shop has been Beating on it for about 4 1/2-5 Years Works Great The Head Unit Rachets so you get a tight fit on just about any pan Even Front drivers, Also Goes from Waist high so from Bench to Jack is easy with trans and it Goes Higher Than I ever need Even with My Hoist all the Way up, Ive have Maxed out the Weight Several Times, Anyways a Little Pricier than i remember But well worth it as They seem just about Indestructable FWIW! http://www.sjdiscounttools.com/atd-7430.html
