Anybody running 15 x 7 rallies on the rear? What size tires are you using? Got pictures? I have recently completed my car BUT I am wishing I had to go with 245/60/15 instead of 245/60/14.

I have run 245/60/15 on both 15X7 Rally II and 15X8 snowflakes. First pic is 15X7 crosslace with 235/60/15. second is 245/60/15 on 15X8 snowflakes. second pic also shows 14X7 snowflakes with 215/70/14's.

I have 245 60 15's on the rear but have the 15X7 rally's with 4" backspace. The normal 4.5" backspace is VERY!! close to the frame!!!

Thanks for the responses! From what I can determine the 245/60/15 on a 15 x 7 will give me the same sidewall and and same threadwith as I have now with the 245/60/14 on a 14 x 7. The only difference is the 15" tire diameter is 26.6" whereas the 14" is 25.6". Ponchro, when I measure my backspace, I measure from the drop inside the rim, not the outside lip. When I measure from the drop, I get 4 inches on both my 15 x 7 and 14 x 7 rims.

I have run 15x7 (4.25 BS) on the rear with 205/65r15 tires, no problems but same combo did rub the a-arm in front.
Now run 15x8 with 235/60R15. Have also run 15x8 vette aluminum rims with 255/60R15 |
