It seems like a shame to own something for 37+ years,so well preserved and properly stored and documented and it's only worth $45,000?

all that and they have knocked 5000 off in our local trader magazine, now 40000Aussie . The dollars good now for you guys, it was us 1 dollar to aussie 95 cents not that long ago. I have 68 lemans in verdoro green would love this one if its legit.
