Like I told Ron in the PM, it's hard enough to hold the damn camera in one hand and hold my cane in the other. That leaves no hand free to 'blip' the throttle. Maybe when I get some help!

Mike finally got back to his regular schedule and was able to work on the car today. Got the interior back in. The flash in the pics make some of the interior look washed out, it is NOT. Probably start sanding and buffing tomorrow. Getting close now.

Here's Mike giving the 'Polarshine' treatment to it today. Tomorrow he will final machine polish it with Mequires #7 and then hand polish it with #7. Then we'll check out a few electrical gremlins and except for some final 'tuning' the project will be ready for show and maybe race season.

Looking good, make sure you post pics when the polishing is complete. The wet sand and polishing is what I have to do to mine yet to get the car to shine like yours.
I just can't believe there is another 65 GTO so close to mine, I thought they were all red, white, black or iris mist. Maybe I will run into you at a show one year, definitely want to see your car in person. Mark
