I don't think you'll find a cold air intake kit with a "MAF" sensor included for 100 bucks. But if you do, buy it!

Unless you have a bunch of other mods to your motor, you can just save your money. The aftermarket cold air kits won't do much but make more underhood noise. I'm not sure about the 6.0 but the OEM airbox on my 8.1 Vortec was as good a cold air intake as could be. Getting it's air through the fender away from the engine heat. However, the intake tube connecting the box (or MAF) to the throttle body needed improvement. I've tried nearly every kit out there and the "Volant" kit fit my 8.1 the best. Plus, they offer a "Ram Air" extension tube to draw cold air from directly under the front of the bumper. All this was an absolute waste of money before the other engine mods but a good place to start if you're just getting into it.

Stay away from the aluminum or crome intake tubes. They hold the heat. A kit with a BIG smooth "plastic" tube will dissipate heat quicker and should give a cooler intake charge. Which is why the factory builds them that way!
