Bart,
Looking gooder. I believe I would slice it, trim the small opening to fit main cable, silicone the slice and inside/outside real good and let it sit to harden then snap it in place. Charles |

I have sliced many grommets in my time. If done properly, you really don't need to silicone. If you do silicone it, I would do it after the grommet is installed in the firewall. Actually, I'd wait until the car is running & done.
