Nobody has insulted you. Get over it. Or grow some thicker skin.

You chose to poop in the pool. I asked you to substantiate your claims.

That was all.

Default Gotta love it

The more you read this thread, the less sense it makes.
Trying to sum it up; Jim #1 bought a junk car. Jim #1 gave the car to Jim #2 (AKA partner Jim) for junk to part out. Now, it appears Jim #2 sold the car on cedit to James/Jim #3.
Jim #3 has since sold the car to what appears to be a Jim #4?? And all of this has happened over a (77 till now) 32 year period of time.
OK, Jim #1 retired and GAVE the title to Pete (at least it's not another Jim). (Not going into what happens to titles when REAL businesses close. It's a tax write off thing and really messes titles up)
Current vehicle inquiry shows James G's registration expired in 87. (this would be Jim#3,I think, maybe? Jim#4)
Then it shows title renewal info.
Last transaction-Restored Vehicle (doesn't look like it in pics)
Last trans date-1/20/2006

Now we've got an unnamed sellar who purchased the car from Jim #?. And now a new claims to be legal owner by way of gift from Jim#1(that's 2nd 'give' by the way), Pete, whose name doesn't appear on title. So, Pete has a lein on an old title that already has a lein #1 on it. That would make him lein holder #2 that isn't on the title. UNLESS, he's a representative of Jim#1, that's out of business, trying to collect a 32 year old debt on a car he gave away for junk twice. This can't be right though, it would mean Jim#1 is still in business if he's doing title transactions in the business name that appears on title, which current inquiry shows.

Can't wait to here how this story ends. Going to dig the waders out now!
Keep it up guys. This is too good.
I bet one of the used car business magazines would pay big for this.

There are only 2 Jims.... Jim #1 sold it to Jim #2 in 1977. Jim #2 recently sold it to the current owner. Jim #2 needs to somehow satisfy the lien for the current owner.
