Isn't this considered "evidence" if stopped by cops or have/cause an accident?

It's just camera trickery..............never exceeded the limit or broke any laws......
in fact,,,,,, that might not be me..................or a real car.........

You are right THIS TIME, but if the camera were to see you enter an intersection on a red light and plow into a van full of nuns, I would bet the camera would be held as evidence and used against you. It's kind of like having a passenger-side air bag which creats a witness.
