As has been said, there isn't a simple answer because of all the variables.
But based on our experience with our engines, I'd expect that you'll end up around 16 - 18 degrees BTDC at that amount of nitrous in your worst cylinder. The hardest cylinder to keep alive is usually #2, so you have to tune for that unless you have individual cylinder timing. You'll probably need to jet the #2 and #1 cylinders richer too. FYI: our tuning data is based on 118 octane.
You know that you have too much advance if the spark plug ground straps start turning blue or you start to roll up the piston top; where the valve relief comes close to the edge.
36 jets are serious business. Hopefully, your wiring, fuel supply, ring seal, etc. are all ready for it.
