I dropped of my '7F6' heads at R&L engines in Dover NH today. Having a few things done.

Received a call from Leo at R&L Engines:
The heads have been disassembled, cleaned and checked for cracks; everything looked good. No problems with the guides and the valve seats are standing proud - new term I learned. We're gonna check the flow on a few ports before we move forward. I am probably gonna have the crossover filled. He said the existing port work was very mild, the stock shape was barely modified, all good news he said. Head flow results in a few days. Steve |

Here's a picture of the head, valve bowl area cleaned up and valve job performed.
Still need a little more work before reassembly. |
