...Why is there BLUE OVER SPRAY on the inside of wheel well..?? is this suppose to be there..??

Yes. The factory was very generous with the overspray. I had a 74,000 mile '71 T/A that had been sitting since '81 and was undercoated when new. When I peeled off the undercoating the frame rails where cameo white.

yes,the overspray on the frame rails is correct.
