Note that the Z stamp is clean and shiny, no paint, unlike the YY stamp. This is consistent with the Z stamp done relatively recently, after the YY stamps, sometime after the paint was scraped off the block. To me, without going into such details, a two second glance is all it takes to realize this block was restamped.
