Brew, I'm not sure about those fender extractor grills. They look like they were black when installed into the extractor housing, but I think there is white overspray on the grill. Here's a crop from a high resolution picture, and one with modified contrast/gamma.

The mileage when I looked at it 2 or so years ago was 49,0something or other.

Don't get me started on the previous owner. Of course this would be the owner prior to the one currently selling the car. I've only had a deal like that go south one other time. I think I chatted with you about this car as the deal was going down.

what was his reason for backing out? how much did he agree to sell it for before backing out?

I took the car out for a 20 mile cruise today. It ran like a top. Had to stop and buy a turn signal bulb when I noticed the LH turn signal was coming on but not flashing. Installed the new bulb and all is well in the world again.

Should I sell this car or not? Hmmmmmmm!
