I have modified my stock manifold and have removed the crossover section. I will need plates to block off this area on the head intake face, not sure of the size im thinking 2" wide and 1/2" thick and as long as it needs to be to mate with the existing manifold cut, im not near my manifold at the moment and I have the oppurtunity to get these items cut for me so I just need to verify the required size.

I believe its 1/2 thick but the 2 inches long im not sure of!

Read the whole thread and there are some pictures and basic description of what I did. I bought and used .625" aluminum stock with mine. It was just slightly thicker that the intake and worked perfectly.
